George Russell and his girlfriend have been inseparable, and it seems like their relationship is going from strength to strength.
So who is the Mercedes driver dating?

George Russell Girlfriend
George Russell’s girlfriend is Carmen Montero Mundt, who he’s been dating since 2020.
They went public at the Tuscan Grand Prix in September 2020, having reportedly started dating that summer.
The pair have done their best to keep their relationship away from the public eye over the years; George and Carmen were both active on social media at the time of their get together, but they didn’t give any kind of insight into their relationship in their posts.
But the press had spotted the couple at the races on numerous occasions, as well as on the odd holiday or two.
As more and more fans wanted to learn more about their relationship, Carmen immediately set her social media accounts to private.

The investment firm worker seemed to be struggling with her newfound fame, but it seems she’s finally become more relaxed with living in the public eye in the last year.
Carmen Mundt has now made her Instagram account public again, and she’s got herself a following of 22.7k so far.
And she now even posts pictures of George too!
George is a regular on Carmen’s grid, and she seems much more comfortable with sharing cute snaps with her other half. And we have to admit- they’re pretty adorable.
Previous Relationships
Before George and Carmen got together, the racing driver was actually dating the sister of one of his teammates.
During his time at the Mercedes academy, George Russell was with the sister of Formula 2 driver Nyck de Vries- Seychelle de Vries.
George and Seychelle went public pretty quickly in 2017, and were fairly open about their relationship on their social media channels.
Seychelle shared a LOT of pictures of the couple on their travels together, and it seemed like all was well between the pair.

Nobody knows how long the former couple were together for, but they allegedly split in 2020- the year that George started dating his current girlfriend Carmen.
After George moved on, Seychelle then made her Instagram account private.
Pole Position
George Russell has been steadily climbing the ladder to become a Formula 1 star in the making.
He started out go-karting before working his way up through Formula Renault 2.0, Formula 4, and Formula 3.
By the time he hit Formula 2, the racing car driver was on the radar of some of the biggest driving teams around.
After winning the Formula 2 championship, the driver upgraded to F1 with Mercedes as part of their junior driver programme.
This meant that George was working alongside Lewis Hamilton, who he would later stand in for at the 2020 Sakhir Grand Prix.

Speaking about his new teammate, the young driver gushed:
“Seeing him work week in week out, it always amazes me how somebody so talented and successful as Lewis continues to strive for more…that is incredibly inspiring and motivational for me.
What an opportunity for me to be his teammate, to learn from him and see how he goes about his business.
I think we have a really good relationship between the two of us and we can really work well together to push the team forward.”
