24. Hull
It may be a City of Culture 2017, but Hull is still struggling to shake its not so great reputation.

Hull could soon become much cleaner however, with its new “smart bins” that let teams know when the bin is getting full. Technology is a wonderful thing!
23. Coventry
Coventry has been named and shamed as one of the worst litter hot-spots in the UK.

Its air quality isn’t much better, with levels being measured at a dangerous height which could endanger the health of residents!
Stoke-on-Trent
Stoke-on-Trent wouldn’t be in most people’s minds when thinking of the most polluted areas in the UK.
This mountain of rubbish by the canal would indicate it is though!
