Albert DePrisco is Lisa Niemi’s new husband- who is Patrick Swayze’s widow.
It’s taken Lisa a while to get herself back into the dating world after Patrick passed away, but it’s lovely to see her enjoying life once again with Albert by her side.

Albert DePrisco is a jeweller- a very rich one in fact!
Apparently he’s a millionaire, and his family have always been very business oriented.
Albert owns A. M. DePrisco Wellesley, one of the biggest jewellery shops in the world. The shop was first owned by his parents, but Albert bought it from them back in 1995. He’s since been running the business independently, and has set up even more shops in the likes of Boston and Cape Cod.
The brand now specialises in making diamond jewellery, and has expanded across America.

Despite his riches, Albert DePrisco was virtually unknown until he started dating Lisa Niemi. But it seems like he’s adjusting to fame pretty well.
Marriage
Albert first hit the headlines back in 2011, when he and Lisa Niemi first started dating. They had been introduced by mutual friends, and the pair immediately hit things off.
It was the first time Lisa had been pictured with anyone romantically since her husband passed away. Patrick Swayze had died two years previously.
Albert and Lisa had been dating for two years when the millionaire decided to pop the question, but it took time for Lisa Niemi to come to a final decision.

Speaking candidly with People, Lisa said:
“I have to say, that the love I have for Patrick was never in conflict or competition with my feelings for Albert. That is until Albert asked me to marry him!
I found myself grappling with my feelings of having been married to Patrick for 34 years! Privately, I flipped, I flopped. Yes, get married, no, don’t get married.
“Albert knew I still loved Patrick and would always love him, and told me, ‘and I know you love me, and I love you.’ How could I not marry this man?
As I had time to process the change my life was going to take, my doubts became less and less, and I became more and more sure.”
The couple finally tied the knot in 2014.
It was a beautiful ceremony at The Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida- which happens to be one of THE most expensive resorts in the area. No surprises there…
Despite the luxurious location, it was a fairly intimate affair for Albert and Lisa.
They had just over 50 family members and friends in attendance, and spent the day ballroom dancing together.
Former Partners
Before her marriage to Albert DePrisco, Lisa was not only Patrick Swayze’s wife, but his nurse and carer too.
The couple had performed in numerous films together, including Steel Dawn, Urban Cowboy and Grandview, USA, but their most famous title is probably One Last Dance.
They had originally met when Lisa’s mum was taking a dance class with Patrick way back in 1975.
Despite the age difference between the pair ( Patrick was 18 and Lisa was just 14) Patrick ended up proposing shortly after they started dating.

The couple enjoyed 34 years of blissful marriage before Patrick eventually lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.
But Lisa firmly believes that Patrick would be happy about her decision to remarry.
“About a month and a half ago, I had a dream about Patrick.
“It was like he was giving me his blessing and letting me know it was okay. Again, it can be hard sometimes to take those steps forward, but it doesn’t change the way we feel about someone. He was letting me know that.”
