Linda Robson Instagram: Her Life And Battles

“I’ve always been an open and honest person but talking about my mental health and everything me and my family have been through over the last year and a half was one the scariest things I’ve ever had to do.
“I’m overwhelmed by the messages of support I’ve received over the last couple of days - from friends and strangers. I wanna thank my family, my friends and my Loose Women team for all their patience and love, I couldn’t have done it without them.
“Looking forward to a healthier, happier year in 2020. See you all soon.”
“I was having a meltdown. I came off the wine, and I used to take a tablet to help me sleep every night. When I came off the wine, I upped the tablet, and then I got concerned about taking the tablet.
“So I went to see somebody about it and they gave me a tablet - I won't mention the name but I had a really bad reaction to it, a proper meltdown. I got really bad anxiety, really bad depression, and my OCD kicked into overdrive.”
“Family found me somewhere to go, to help me, I went in this place for six weeks, went into it on so many tablets and left with, even more, it was my doctor who said ‘You've had the worse reaction to this medication I have ever seen…’
“Even that you have to come down slowly, took me a long time to get back to feeling normal.”
“People joke when they hear someone saying about OCD they think it'd a bit of a joke or whatever, but it's not actually a joke, it took over my life. I couldn't clean everything enough.”
“I didn’t sleep well the night before, but when I walked in everyone was so lovely that I felt like crying.
“I talked on the show about what I’d been through because I wanted to help anyone else who might be going through the same thing.”
"I had reached breaking point and the reason I’m telling you this now is because I want anyone else who might be feeling the same way to read this and know that they’re not alone and that things can get better for them too. They just have to accept help, like I did."

"I used to babysit for Mark – he was a couple of years younger than me… I was 16 and he was 13 and a half, and he was a bit of a pain, to be honest. And we lived in the street next to each other."
