Laura Whitmore Boyfriend: Has He Popped The Question?

Who is Laura currently dating?
Laura’s boyfriend is fellow Love Island host(ish), comedian Iain Stirling – Laura joined the dating show earlier this year after Caroline Flack stepped down. The pair met back in 2016, after they were introduced by their mutual friend – and Laura’s Strictly Come Dancing competitor – Ore Oduba.
However, it took another year for them to start dating and confirm their relationship status.
In an interview on This Morning with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, Laura revealed:
‘He brought me to a comedy gig, so we sat in a dark room, faced not directly towards each other and then watched his friends perform. Then we met his friends and his friend’s family.
‘We didn’t really talk to each other, and Iain was wearing… he’ll kill me for saying this… he was wearing a backpack and I thought he’d come from school or a jog somewhere.
‘But it turns out he was working all day and got quite sweaty in his clothes, so he bought a new outfit and a backpack and put his old clothes in his backpack and came to the date’.
Are Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling engaged?
According to some sources, the pair are engaged! Iain is said to have popped the question earlier this year during a holiday after they finished filming the winter series of Love Island.
Iain has been probed about when he was going to marry Laura and with Piers Morgan asking him:
‘You’re on Love Island, but you’re actually with the beautiful Laura Whitmore. A, how have you managed to do this? And B, when are you going to make an honest woman of her?’
The comedian replied:
‘There are many people I would discuss personal matters with Piers, sadly you are not one of them’.
Seeing as there is no official news, we have to presume that he is still boyfriend Iain Stirling, and not fiancé.
The couple have lived together in North London since 2018. This summer they shared an insight into their home after appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox.
