Willa Lou Deary is Keri Russell’s second child, born December 27th, 2011. The girl is now nine years old and is often spotted with her mother out and about in New York City, where Keri lives.
Earlier this year, Willa Lou Deary posed for photos with Keri’s make-up artist friend as she got her Halloween look. According to The Bare Magazine, Willa is already a big fan of makeup and always has been.

Aside from Willa Lou Deary, Keri Russell also has a second child with her ex-husband Shane Deary. Her son, River Russell Deary, was born on June 9th 2007.
The parents told People magazine in 2007 that they already had a name chosen, but changed it at the last minute.
Keri said: “We had another one picked out. Then when he was born, he was so calm and realized that ‘River’ just worked.”
She also revealed that River’s birth was something of an experience. It lasted 38 hours, with Keri saying: “It was intense. It was a long time. But it all worked out okay.”
Who is Shane Deary?
Keri Russell married Shane Deary on Valentines Day 2007, a few months before the birth of her first child, River.
Shane Deary is a contractor and craftsman who owns his own company, Deary Construction. The pair lived together in a beautiful brownstone in trendy Brooklyn with their two children, River and Willa Lou Deary.
Their home featured beautiful interior design – unsurprising given Shane’s day job. This includes original pine floors, chandeliers, and custom bedroom shelving built by Shane himself.

Sadly, the two didn’t stay together. In 2013, they announced that they had separated after seven years of marriage.
In a statement, Keri’s rep said: “They have been separated since early summer. The separation is amicable and their focus is on their children.”
At the time, River was almost seven years old and Willa Lou Deary was just 23 months.
Their split came just seven months after Keri Russell’s new show, The Americans, aired. In the show, Keri plays a KGB spy living in America in the 1980s.
Right after Keri and Shane revealed that they had separated, rumours started about a possible new relationship. Keri and her Americans co-star Matthew Rhys played a very believable married couple on TV – but were they together in real life?
A New Relationship
During Christmas 2013, Keri and Matthew were spotted together in New York City, with one eyewitness saying that they looked very cosy together.
Both of the actors tried to downplay rumours, with Keri stating that she felt safe and comfortable around Matthew.

If you weren’t convinced by their cute dates in New York City, news arrived in January 2016 that Keri was expecting her first child with Matthew. Their child Sam was born later that year, joining River and Willa Lou Deary.
In 2017, Matthew revealed that he had actually met actress Keri many years before his starring role in The Americans.
He said: “We actually met a very long, long time ago. I very drunkenly asked her for her number when she was a young, single slip of a thing. So I sort of knew then, when I was 26.”
However, Keri later said she didn’t remember that the two had met before until their first table reading together for the show.
“We did all the readings together and all of the things, and then after a heavy dose of a fight training, all sweaty, like at a lunch, you said, ‘Oh, you know we’ve met before.’ I said, ‘No we haven’t,’ and you said, ‘Yeah, we met before, like 10 years ago at like a kickball—,’ As soon as he said that, I knew exactly what [happened] and I was like, ‘Oh! Of course, I remember that.'”
