Spencer McCallum used to be married to The Bodyguard and Line of Duty star Keeley Hawes.
The pair eventually went their separate ways, and Keeley has now moved on with a brand-new beau.
So what exactly happened between Keeley and Spencer McCallum?

Spencer McCallum is a cartoon artist, designer and animator.
He came to wider fame after he started dating actress Keeley Hawes.
Not much else is known about Spencer, but it’s reported that he’s currently single.
Spencer McCallum and Keeley Hawes had their only child together in 1999, who is called Myles. He’s now thought to be around 24 years old.

Spencer and Keeley eventually separated, and divorced in 2004.
New Hubby
Keeley met her now-husband Matthew Macfadyen on the set of Spooks- while she was still married to Spencer McCallum.
Insiders on the set of the spy drama said it was only ‘a matter of time’ before a relationship began.
“There was an obvious attraction between them. It’s been a difficult situation for them.”
The pair became close while appearing as undercover MI5 agents on the show, and just 8 weeks after marrying Spencer, Keeley Hawes left him.

Keeley went on to marry Matthew whilst seven months pregnant in a small ceremony.
Instead of spending the cash on lavish nuptials, the TV couple tied the knot at a register office with just two friends as their witnesses.
Keeley got a LOT of criticism for her decision to ditch Spencer for her castmate, but she seems super happy with Matthew.
“I love being married to Matthew, and I know Matthew loves being married too.”
But it seems that her decision to turn her family home upside down has weighed on her mind.
She said the decision to end her first marriage “was just horrible”.
The actress told Red Magazine:
“It was awful…But it was a long time ago now.
And we have this wonderful son and my ex-husband is still one of my best friends in the world.”
Keeley Hawes and Matthew Macfadyen went on to have two children together- Maggie, who is 17, and Ralph, who is 15.
The actress also revealed that her ex Spencer lives nearby, and often babysits her children with Matthew.
Career
Keeley Hawes grew up on a council estate in Marylebone, and was discovered by a model scout at Select Model Management.
A few months later, she started working for Cosmopolitan magazine before obtaining a grant and enrolling in the Sylvia Young Theatre School.
From here, the actress began to pick up roles in BBC adaptations, including Our Mutual Friend, Wives and Daughters, and The Blonde Bombshell.

In the late 1990s, Keeley also made several appearances in music videos for hit bands Suede and James.
But this wasn’t enough for Keeley. She continued to audition for lead roles with the BBC, and eventually landed a part in the hit drama Spooks.
From here, Keeley’s status soared. The actress then made cameos in the likes of the Vicar of Dibley, as well as Death at a Funeral.
She’s also had famous roles in the likes of Ashes to Ashes, where she played DI Alex Drake, and The Casual Vacancy, which was JK Rowling’s first novel post-Harry Potter.
Keeley has been no stranger to critical acclaim over the years, and she gained plenty of accolades for her performances in both The Bodyguard and Line of Duty.
She’s currently working on yet another BBC drama called Crossfire, which is set to be released in early 2022.
