Rapper Mo3’s life came to a tragic end back in November 2020 when he was shot dead on Texas highway at just 28-years-old. But how did he spend his life, who were his loved ones, and how did he make his millions?

Before his death Mo3 had a net worth of an estimated $1 Million USD.
His exact wealth remains a little unclear as the rapper once admitted to dropping $90k on court fees and a lawyer.
However, at the peak of his career Mo3 was happy to show off his new lifestyle.
He would proudly display $25,000 worth of rap money around his neck in several chains, and posts photos of his luxury cars including a Mercedes Benz and a Porsche on Instagram.
Due to the rapper’s trouble with the law, Mo3’s music career was very stop and start.

Mo3 started to get big when he released his debut mixtape, Shottaz in 2014.
His album Shottaz Reloaded was released the year after, and it was the old school face-to-face sales that made the album so popular, especially in his hometown.
The album was spread out all over the neighborhood as well as nightclubs, and parties from Dallas to Houston.
Word had gotten out about Mo3 and his next single Hold Ya Tongue along with Shottaz Reloaded gained him a whole new buzz.
Finally, Mo3 had caught the attention of his own favourite rapper Boosie Badazz, who quickly wanted to sign the artist at the time.
They even released their own music together, with raps titled ‘One of Them Days Again’, ‘ Errybody’ and more.

Rapper Mo3 was born Melvin Abdul Noble Jr. on May 31, 1992.
He was born in McKinney, Texas, but raised in North Dallas
Little information is available on his upbringing, but it looks like his struggles brought him closer to his mom.
Mo3 opened up about about some of his struggles in his song “Letter to My Mama”.
The rap is written in a similar way to 2Pac’s “Dear Mama,” an appreciation to his mother who raised him during hard times.
The rap was almost like a biography as Mo3 recalled his days at “Stoney Crook,” selling drugs to make ends meet and splitting a four-piece meal with his partners from Big Mama’s Chicken and Waffles.
He thanked his mom for carrying him for nine months and bringing him into this world, heartbreakingly promising to “climb to greatness” before he’s gone.

He also spoke a bit about his early life to the Dallas Observer after he made it as a rapper.
Back in 2016 he said: “You got a different vibe when you’re struggling and trying to figure out where you’re gonna lay your head… I tell the truth in my music. I’m not talking about standing in the trap and whippin’ foreign cars or having designer this, designer that. No, I’m talking about how my mom couldn’t pay her bills and when we didn’t have anywhere to sleep and stayed eating noodles every day.”
He also opened up about some of the lyrics from his track ‘All The Way Down’, specifically the part where he said “You ain’t write my song so leave me alone/I held it down on my own.”
Explaining the meaning, Mo3 said: “You didn’t sleep outside on concrete on the patio so we can get some air when my mama’s lights was off and you didn’t have to go to the corner store to charge up your phone and get candles cause the lights out, That’s what I mean when I say, you didn’t write my song. We came a long way for real. It’s a blessing.”
Mo3 death:
Mo3’s life came to a sudden end when a gunman opened fire on the Texas interstate in November 2020.
The rapper was driving down the Dallas freeway when a car pulled up next to him, spraying his vehicle with bullets.
Accounts of the incident describe Mo3’s car loosing control and crashing into a concrete barrier.
Mo3 ran out of his car but the gunman followed him, shooting him in the back of the head.
Graphic videos circulated online appearing to show a man lying on his back while another person performs CPR on him – although it’s unclear if that was Mo3.
TMZ then reported the star sadly died in hospital from his injuries.
This wasn’t the rapper’s first brush with death as Mo3 was shot in the head in December 2019 but managed to survive the attack.
Since his death, Mo3’s legacy has continues to live on. His track “Outside,” with local rapper OG Bobby Billions, reached the No. 1 spot on YouTube’s Top 100 songs months after his death.
The song rose up on Apple Music and Spotify’s City Charts for Dallas, and Atlanta rapper Lil Baby performed the track when touring in Dallas.
