Apparently Melody was friends with Kim Kardashian for years, but they fell out when Melody started getting close to Kanye in 2010.
Melody was once so close to Kim that they performed together at a Pussycat Dolls show in Las Vegas. But by 2010, their friendship abruptly ended.
Sources claim that Kim was bitter about Melody spending time with Kanye as she had a crush on the rapper before they eventually got together in 2012.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Melody said:
“Oh my God, no! That is hilarious. I knew Kanye from the moment we got into the industry.
I don’t speak to him anymore and I don’t speak to Kim really either, I kind of stopped talking to them at the same time.”

Melody Thornton was the youngest member of the Pussycat Dolls. After she saw that the group were looking for a new member on MTV Diaries, she decided to audition for the role.
The aspiring singer got the gig in 2003, and was added into the mix to bring “vocal strength”.
The girls had HUGE worldwide success with hits such as Don’t Cha, When I Grow Up, and Buttons.
But after a while, the cracks started to show between the group.

Roles were being minimised, and then by the time it got on the show, it was very much like, ‘Y’all play your part and this is what it is’. It was tough because you don’t want to sh*t on your own opportunity.”
Since then, Melody’s gone on to release her own music, and launched a solo single called Love Will Return in 2019.
