Who is Kit Halls?
Matt Bomer has three children, all sons – Kit Halls, Henry Halls, and Walker Halls. Since Matt is gay, all three were born through surrogacy.
Kit Halls was born on May 26th 2005, making him the youngest of the three boys. Last year, Kit turned 16 years old, and Matt marked the occasion with a sweet Instagram post.
The post featured a reel of cute photos of Kit, along with the caption: “Happy Birthday to the most incredible, thoughtful, loving, and loyal 16 year old that I know. Love you always Kit! I’m so proud of you!”

In the past, Matt has spoken about how Kit Halls has reacted to having two fathers. Appearing on RuPaul’s Drag Race, host RuPaul joked that Kit might have to ‘come out’ as straight in front of his fathers.

Matt admitted: “Our oldest came out to us as straight. He’s 14.
He said, ‘I love and respect that you guys are who you are. I’m straight, that’s how I identify.’ And it was a big, nice, sweet moment.”

As well as Kit Halls, Matt Bomer has two other children. Henry and Walker are twins and were born in 2008.
While Kit is now 16, Matt’s twin sons are now just 13 – though this does mean they have a house full of teenagers!

Now the father of three kids, what does Matt Bomer think about fatherhood? Well, it’s clear from Matt’s Instagram that he takes a big role in his sons’ lives, despite his busy work schedule.
Commenting on his new life since becoming a father, Matt Bomer said: “There’s a level of love that really dissolves a lot of egotism and self-absorption. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I have my moments. But at a certain point in my life, my whole day would have been about this interview.
Now it’s a small part of a day that also includes a drop-off at school in the morning and baseball practice and a lot of the things that take precedence.”
Who Is He Married To?
So, we know that Matt Bomer has three children – but who is his other half? Well, Matt was actually quite secretive about that, too.
Matt is married to Simon Halls, a businessman who works in the PR entertainment industry. The two married in 2011 but kept their married status a secret until 2014.
Speaking about their New York wedding, Matt said: “It was very chill. Very small: only our nearest and dearest. There’s a security, a validity of knowing that it’s legal. It’s hard to put into words.
It’s just a feeling, I guess, something about saying vows in front of the people around who love and support you. I think it was good for our family.”
