Amber Teen Mom UK – Getting To Know Amber Butler
Teen Mom UK first began in 2016. The show is a spin-off of the original MTV USA franchise, Teen Mom. With interesting names like Megan Salmon Ferrari, you already know that Teen Mom UK is a show that will leave you stuck on your couch for hours. As the name suggests, the show follows five British moms, Amber Butler, Chloe Patton, Sassi Simmonds, Shannon Wise, and you already know Megan Salmon Ferrari, who are still in their teens, as they go about life juggling between being a mom while also building a life of their own. The show brings viewers into the highs and lows of teen pregnancy and how it affects the young girls involved. Today, we’re taking a look into one of the teen moms, Amber Teen Mom UK to learn more about her and see what she’s up to after giving birth to another child last season!
Who is Amber Teen Mom UK?
Amber Butler was born on 7th June 1997 in Blackpool, Lancashire where she grew up
She became a mom when she was just 17 years old, and it was then when she became cast to be on the show.
In fact, Amber found out she was pregnant a day before her 17th birthday! Talk about a surprising birthday gift!
While she had her world turned upside down, the journey has taught her to be a more mature, responsible, and reliable person especially for her son Brooklyn.
Amber Teen Mom UK and “Ste”
Amber’s baby daddy or Brooklyn’s dad is known on the show as Steven or “Ste” for short. Since the beginning of the show, their relationship has been pretty much flimsy.
As in, their relationship was on-again, off-again.
Obviously, viewers are hooked! Their rocky relationship has brought along a lot of drama on the show.
Remember that time when Ste interrupted Amber’s date to ask for Pizza? It left the Teen Mom UK star fuming!
Even though the beginning of the episode saw Amber consoling an emotional Ste.
Amber spoke to the cameras:
“I know I get mad with Ste, but it’s upset me seeing him so down.”
“Once upon a time me and this lad loved each other.”
“It was love at first sight with him and I would just love to know what’s going through his mind at the minute and if there’s anything that I can help with.”
Clearly, they both have deep feelings for each other! Is there a chance that they would get back together?
We found out later that Ste had just broken up with his new girlfriend and he wanted to enjoy a day out with his family but Amber was out on a date.
We also found out from Amber that she was dead keen on her new boy, Alex.
Baby number 2
Then in 2019, Amber and Ste surprised everyone with their announcement of baby number 2!
It was around the time when Ste broke up with his then-girlfriend, and he and Amber decided to work things out. Although, not judging, but we wouldn’t call adding a baby into the mix a solution.
If you’ve been watching the show, then you’ll probably remember Amber’s gender reveal party! Brooklyn is going to have a baby brother!
We found out the baby’s gender, but the couple was still undecided on a name. Ste did, however, suggested the name “Bently”.
Then, on 9th September 2019, Amber and Ste welcomed baby Hudson into the world.
Nope, they didn’t go with Bentley, and thank god for that!
