December 2015: Their Anniversary
Jameela officially confirms that the pair are together in December of 2015, which marks their one-year anniversary. Again, the pair shyly hide away from the camera but the gesture is sweet nonetheless.
She captions the cute snap with:
‘A year spent with my favourite person in the world. Happy New Year everyone. I can’t wish it to you later because I will have eaten myself to actual death by about 8pm. Peace out. See you on the other side.’

Two Years Later…
Exactly two years later, Jameela shares an edgy looking snap of the couple holding hands and peering out of hotel window that overlooks a stunning sunset view of Las Vegas.
She gushes that James made the most thoughtful romantic gesture by arranging for a car to pick her up from the airport before the pair were reunited. How cute!

August 2018: VMA Love
Accompanying her beau to to the MTV music awards in 2018, Jameela shares a photo of the couple backstage where she launches a barrel of support at James for his performance with rapper Travis Scott.
Travis Scott was in a high-profile relationship with Kylie Jenner from 2017 until 2019 and the pair share daughter Stormi.

With the release of his fourth album Assume Form in early 2019, James Blake tweets a cute message to his girlfriend; telling Jameela that the album only exists because of her.

May 2019: Celebrating Four Years Together
In May of 2019, Jameela and James celebrate their four-year anniversary, with Jameela posting a sweet tribute to her man:

February 2020 – James Defends Jameela Admist Allegations Of Having Munchausen Syndrome
When The Good Place star found herself embroiled in a whirlwind of accusations claiming that she had a mental health disorder known as Munchausen Syndrome – a disorder that causes a person to pretend that they suffer from an illness – James was quick to step up to defend her.
He tweeted:

He spoke out against the accusations, saying:
‘It’s pretty disgusting to watch the woman I love just being dog piled on every day for such ridiculous things. She hasn’t abused anyone. She hasn’t funded anything dangerous or brought any deliberate harm to any marginalized group. She’s just done her best as an ever learning human, as most of us are, to help other people with her privilege.’
He finished with:
‘I’m not gonna stand by and let some total strangers try to push my girlfriend over the edge to what… stop her from helping kids with eating disorders? stop removing mainstream shame of talking about mental health.’
