Back in the day, we had some of the best crisps around. Crisps have and always will be one of our all-time favourite snacks and we can’t imagine a world without them!

There were so many different brands of crisps back in the noughties, many of which are still around today, and we can guarantee that you’ve been packing at least ONE of them in your lunchbox.
1. Space Raiders
Pickled onion space raiders were not only amazingly cheap (you could get a pack for just 10p in your local tuck shop) but they were also the tastiest crisps ever!

Shaped like an alien head, these pickled onion delights would be great for the tummy, not so great for your breath.

2. Frazzles
These crisps were the BEST. They actually tasted like bacon!

3. Nik Naks
Another classic crisp was, of course, nik naks! These stumpy shaped crisps were super yummy and had some interesting flavours. Our go-to was the rib ‘n’ saucy flavour but who was all about the scampi ‘n’ lemon?

5. Fish ‘N’ Chips
With iconic packaging designed to look like a daily newspaper, fish ‘n’ chips crisps encapsulated Britain with its gimmick brand of fish and chip shaped snack biscuits.
Not to mention they were packing some serious flavour! We loved the salt n vinegar ones best.

6. Transformers
These crisps were unreal – You could fit the crisps together…so much fun!

7. Walkers’ Salt & Shake
Unlike traditional salt ‘n’ vinegar crisps, Walkers released the salt & shake crisps which would come with a separate salt sachet that you could choose – or not choose – to sprinkle over your crisps. So good!

8. Walkers’ Tomato Ketchup Crisps
Considering we had tomato ketchup with every meal, it’s no surprise that tomato ketchup crisps were such a hit!

9. Pom Bears
Shaped like little teddy bears, the original pom bears were our faves. Cute and tasty, these crunchy potato snacks were a great addition to a picnic lunch!

10. Skips
The crisps that would sizzle on your tongue, we absolutely adored skips! In traditional prawn cocktail flavour, without fail you would get these at a birthday party or school disco.

11. Wotsits
These super cheesy crisps would get stuck in your teeth and leave your hands greasy and gross but we wouldn’t have them any other way. Wotsits will always have a place in our hearts; the cheesier the better!
