'Things can become almost routine with a partner. I know what it's like when I've had long relationships, things can become very samey.
'It's always good to spice things up. The key thing is as long as you're both comfortable doing it. That's my main message.
'If it's there and you want to enjoy it, do it. If not, that's fine. Don't be ashamed to reach out and say to your partner you want to do this sort of thing'.

'Now lockdown rules have relaxed a little bit, everyone's preparing for what's going to happen after.
'I know some couples can get into a rut obviously spending this much time together and stuff. It's really about toys you can use with your partner to try new things.
'It's such a bonding experience to do things like this together, to learn and discover things'.
'While it's been lovely spending time with my parents, I am feeling a bit frustrated. I can't wait to have sex again - I think I'll have a whole other life once I'm no longer living with them.
'I do have a lot of sex toys though - I think self-love is really important, especially during these times'.
