In 2015, with a European tour on the horizon, Olly sought the help of a personal trainer, who worked alongside the singer to help him get into shape.

His Girlfriend…

Back in late 2019, Olly revealed on social media that he’d got himself a girlfriend – who also happens to be a bodybuilder. He revealed that Christmas 2019 would be the first in 4 years that he hadn’t been single:

β€œI haven’t had a girlfriend for four years at Christmas. It’s been a bit lonely. So this year’s going to be great.”

Unlike Olly, who claimed his healthy regime was ‘quite easy’, Amelia revealed that her training was gruelling and ‘tough’ as she had to turn down social occasions with her friends and family.

β€œMy social life is at an all-time low while training.

β€œMost nights I get into bed at 8.30pm to allow my muscles to grow. I need to have enough energy for early starts before work.”
