In 2015, with a European tour on the horizon, Olly sought the help of a personal trainer, who worked alongside the singer to help him get into shape.
His Girlfriend…
Back in late 2019, Olly revealed on social media that he’d got himself a girlfriend – who also happens to be a bodybuilder. He revealed that Christmas 2019 would be the first in 4 years that he hadn’t been single:
“I haven’t had a girlfriend for four years at Christmas. It’s been a bit lonely. So this year’s going to be great.”

“We’re spending Christmas Day with our families and then we’re having our own Christmas together. It’s going to be nice.”

Who Is Amelia Tank?
According to the Sun, Amelia, known by her nickname Tank the Bank, goes between bodybuilding and a successful position at a well-known bank.
As well as working a high-flying job, Amelia has won bikini titles. She’s won in the competitions Miami Pro World Championships and Pure Elite competition.

Unlike Olly, who claimed his healthy regime was ‘quite easy’, Amelia revealed that her training was gruelling and ‘tough’ as she had to turn down social occasions with her friends and family.
“My social life is at an all-time low while training.
“Most nights I get into bed at 8.30pm to allow my muscles to grow. I need to have enough energy for early starts before work.”
