Ferne McCann and Jordan Hames were pictured getting close towards the end of last year. The romance was short-lived, but what went wrong?
The 29-year-old reality star was spotted kissing 24-year-old Hames at a Mayfair cocktail party in October 2019.

Ferne McCann And Jordan Hames: Ferne’s Badboy Ex
The former TOWIE star has been single since 2017 when her ex and baby daddy, Arthur Collins, was arrested for 20 years following an acid attack.
McCann had been with Collins for a year before the attack in 2017. Oblivious to Collins’ whereabouts after he went on the run, Ferne pleaded to him via her representative:
“Ferne is aware that the police wish to speak to Arthur Collins and the nature of the accusations against him. She was not with Arthur on Sunday night; was not at Mangle; and has no direct knowledge of the events that unfolded.”

Single Mum, But Ready To Mingle
Ferne was forced to raise her daughter, Sunday, alone since her boyfriend was off the scene. Ferne revealed on her show ‘First Time Mum’ that although dating hasn’t been top of her priorities, she still likes to put herself out there:
“You don’t want to write yourself off just because you have children. I don’t want to feel mumsy or I’ve lost my own identity. I am single so I feel like I can mingle.”

Ferne McCann And Jordan Hames: Over Before It Even Started?
Speaking of her fling with the Mancunian, she revealed to The Sun online at the Animal Hero Awards:
“So we had a little kiss the other night. I met him that night and had a little snog. What’s a snog between two reality stars? Why’s it always me that gets snapped doing it?”
She then revealed how short-lived the fling was:
“It was a one-off, one-night thing – it was very casual, no big deal.”

Meanwhile, Jordan was singing Ferne’s praises:
“We was at the same event, we got on well, I think she’s fit, she gets my jokes as well but obviously it’s still early days.”
Hames earned himself a bit of a bad boy reputation during his time in the Love Island villa. Leaving partner Anna Vakili for new girl India Reynolds didn’t go down well with the villa (or the public).
Seeming to have signed up for the show for a bit of fame and fortune, he soon plummeted in popularity.

Ferne McCann And Jordan Hames: A Happy Ending For The Both?
Appearing to have settled down, Hames has been linked to professional ice skater, Vanessa Bauer. The pair allegedly met through Jordan’s fellow Islander Wes Nelson, who was paired up with Vanessa on Dancing On Ice.
The pair were first spotted together at the NTAs in January:
“Vanessa and Jordan left the event holding hands – it was obvious to those around them that they’ve been seeing each other for a while.”
As for Ferne, she recently jetted to New York to be with new boyfriend, Albie Gibbs. They actually first met in 2018, but had recently crossed paths again whilst in Duabi at Christmas.
So, it seems a happy ending for them both!
