Brooke Vincent has given birth.

The Coronation Street actress took to Instagram this afternoon (28.10.19) to confirm she and her significant other Kean Bryan welcomed a baby boy into the world last Wednesday (23.10.19), and they have named the little one Mexx.

She wrote:

‘On Wednesday 23rd October at 8.14am Our Baby Boy Arrived. Mexx S J Bryan, you complete us (sic)’.

Brooke shared a snap of the little one clutching onto a “Baby B” necklace.

Several of Brooke’s current and former “Corrie” co-stars took to the social media site to send their congratulations.

Ryan Thomas – who played Jason Grimshaw – wrote: ‘Levels’.

Lucy Fallon (Bethany Platt) posted: ‘My heart’.

Catherine Tyldesley (Eva Price) wrote: ‘Love you so much. Well done beautiful xxx (sic)’.

Several reality stars also congratulated Brooke and Sheffield United footballer Kean.

Billie Faiers wrote: ‘Congratulations to you both. lots of love xxx (sic)’.

Louise Thompson posted: ‘Congratulations gorgeous’.

In August, Brooke admitted she was experiencing her ‘best year yet’, and said pregnancy was inspiring her to ‘do better’.

She wrote:

‘2019 – Plan your best year yet. What an understatement, never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have a year like I have up to now!! Definitely been the best, most special one yet’.

In a post to promote her own Oh So B range of planners, she continued:

‘Learning I’m becoming a mummy has made me want to do better, work harder and achieve more.
