Born in Liverpool, Abbey is the youngest of four children.
Her first venture into the celebrity world was the formation of her girl-band Genie Queen, when Abbey was still a teenager.

What She’s Most Famous For: Her Modelling Career
While she’s famous for a bunch of other things, it was Abbey’s modelling career than kick-started her rise to fame. In 2006, Clancy applied for Britain’s Next Top Model, making it all the way to the final, before eventually becoming the runner up for the 10 week modelling contract prize.
But all wasn’t lost, after her stint on the show, Clancy was offered deals for magazines, appearing on Arena magazine, Daily Mail and Triumph Bonneville Motorbike.

Her modelling success continued to skyrocket as she went from one shoot to the next, reaching the pinnacle by featuring on the covers of both Marie Claire and Elle. Oh and she appeared in the LOVE advent calendar alongside Suki Waterhouse and Cara Delevinge – impressive!
Which Lead To Her Presenting Career…
In 2015, Abbey was revealed as a judge for Britain’s Next Top Model – nine years after the competition she launched her own career.
She’s also co-hosted ITV2 series The Fashion Show, as well as appearing as a guest on countless interview based programmes; including Richard & Judy, The Chris Moyles Show, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, GMTV and This Morning

She Won Strictly!
It was in 2013 that Clancy was cast for Strictly Come Dancing’s eleventh series. She was partnered up with Burn the Floor dancer and newcomer at the time Aljaz Skorjanec. In November the couple received their very first 10 of the competition during the infamous Blackpool ballroom week. A few weeks later they scored a perfect ’40’ a few weeks later.
The dancing duo went on to win the entire series.

Her Family History…
While she appeared on Britain’s Next Top Model, Abbey met her now-husband Peter Crouch at a friend’s party and they immediately started dating. Three years later the happy couple were engaged and they later tied the knot in 2011.
They’ve since welcomed FOUR adorable children to the world – Sophia Ruby, Liberty Rose, Johnny and Jack.

Like her husband, Abbey’s brother is also a footballer, playing for the lower league A.F.C. Telford United.
What’s Her Net Worth?
With a super-successful career behind her, Abbey is now worth around £3.4 million. The number has dramatically increased since she partnered with fashion giants lipsy to launch her own clothing range. Her fashion line is also being sold at other retailers including Next.
