We’ve all grown up with certain tales about certain foods: don’t eat this because it’ll cause that, you should switch to this because it’s better than that etc etc. When it comes to a healthy diet, it’s a minefield out there, made all the more worse by myths and rumours about things you happen to love and are emotionally blackmailed into giving up.
