We’ve all grown up with certain tales about certain foods: don’t eat this because it’ll cause that, you should switch to this because it’s better than that etc etc. When it comes to a healthy diet, it’s a minefield out there, made all the more worse by myths and rumours about things you happen to love and are emotionally blackmailed into giving up.

So let’s sort the facts from the fiction, shall we?

1. Chocolate Is An Aphrodisiac

Since the dawn of time (or, more specifically, the 1980’s) people have believed that consuming a whole load of chocolate can heighten your sexual appetite.

Any excuse to eat more chocolate, right? But is it actually true?
