49. Steve Irwin: Death By Stingray
The Crocodile Hunter devoted his life to tracking down some of the worlds’ deadliest creatures, but in 2006 things went horribly wrong when he got into a shallow pool with a stingray.

Initially, Irwin believed he only had a punctured lung, but in reality the stingray’s barb had pierced his heart which caused him to bleed to death.
50. Vic Morrow: Decapitation During Filming
Hollywood star, Vic Morrow met his gruesome demise while filming a scene for “Twilight Zone: The Movie.”

A helicopter being used for the scene suddenly malfunctioned and crashed which instantly decapitated the actor. Sadly, two child stars aged just six and seven, also died in the crash.
51. Lupe Velez: Died While Attempting Suicide
Lupe Velez attempted to take her own life (while pregnant) but the quantity of pills she took only made her nauseous. On her way to the bathroom she tripped and fell, following which she died by drowning in the toilet bowl.
