40. Princess Diana: Mysterious Car Crash

Known to many as ”Lady Di,” Princess Diana’s death left the nation heartbroken. In August 1997, The Princess of Wales was involved in a car accident in Paris, France.

The tragedy occurred soon after the divorce of the royal couple had been finalised, which led some to speculate that the crash was no accident.

41. Roscoe ‘Fatty’ Arbuckle: Cardiac Arrest

Silent film actor Roscoe ”Fatty” Arbuckle, died in his sleep after suffering from cardiac arrest.

A few years prior to this, Arbuckle had been accused of raping and accidentally killing the actress Virginia Rappe, during a party at his house.

42. Thelma Todd: Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

The Hollywood actress was found dead in the garage of Jewel Carmen. Her cause of death was ruled as carbon monoxide poisoning, but that doesn’t explain her broken nose or cracked ribs…
