When a dealer leaves a table for example, they have to “clear their hands.” To do so they clap their hands together and turn their hands palm up and palm down for the camera to prove they aren’t stealing.

No, not that walk of shame! If a dealer is caught stealing, many casinos will have them arrested right at their tables, before marching them out the door in front of everyone. The aim is to put others off doing the same thing.
