It’s bad news for Birmingham with another town of theirs as runner up for the lowest IQ.

Just 23% of the residents are educated to Level 4 (A level equivalent) and the number of people on jobseekers allowance is double the national average.

And the winner… kind of… is Wolverhampton, taking the crown as the town with the lowest IQ.
