No matter what decade you were born in, there’s no denying that one of the greatest directors of all time is John Hughes aka, the King of the 80s. He brought us such hits as Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club, Say Anything, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and of course, Sixteen Candles, to name a few. And not to mention he brought the Queen of the 80s aka Molly Ringwald into our lives.

Whether or not you’re a HUGE John Hughes fan, chances are you’ve seen at least one of his movies, and even better chances are that that one movie is Sixteen Candles… otherwise, why the heck are you even here!?
