Brooke (One Tree Hill) is the party girl of Tree Hill high school who became the BFF we all wanted. But what is Brooke (Sophia Bush) up to now?

Let’s go back to the beginning
When we first meet Brooke Davis, all she cares about is boys, cheerleading and money. With equally absent parents, Brooke and her best friend, Peyton Sawyer (Hilarie Burton Morgan), brought themselves up.
They remain close over the years, but then they discover boys! Most notably, Lucas Scott (Chad Michael Murray); the three of them – Lucas, Brooke and Peyton – find themselves in a very prolonged love triangle.
There’s a lot of back and forth between Lucas and the girls, as well as more boys on Brooke’s radar when she isn’t with Lucas. Most notably: Felix Taggaro, Clean Teens’ Chase Adams and Chris Keller.
She may experience a lot of heartbreak from these boys, but they give her her greatest venture: Clothes Over Bros. She originally gives her designs to the clothes shop she works at, however, after discovering that they will keep her designs and call them their own, she decides to go solo.
When Brooke discovers that Peyton and Lucas have been sneaking around behind her back, she makes Peyton’s life hell… until a sex tape of Brooke and Nathan Scott emerges at a party – which happened when Nathan and Peyton were together. Naturally annoyed at how hypocritical Brooke reacted to her and Lucas, Peyton decides to cut Brooke out of her life.
However, when the blonde bombshell doesn’t show up for their senior prom, Brooke knows something is wrong. She goes to her house to discover that Peyton has been kidnapped by psycho Derek! The BFFs work together to free themselves, reaffirming their friendship. They even move to Los Angeles together after graduating high school.
After the time jump
At the beginning of season five, the TV show returns to the beloved characters four years after we left them.
Clothes Over Bros is an extremely successful company based in New York. After a distressing phone call from Peyton, Brooke decides move her life, and her company, back to Tree Hill so that she can be closer to her friends. This also means that she gets to be closer to Jamie Scott, her godson and the son of Nathan and Haley.
She becomes extremely close to Jamie – discussing her business and personal life – even leading to one of the most famous quotes:
‘What’s underneath all the clothes Brooke Davis?’
Brooke decides this is the time to have a baby. Originally she takes in baby Angie who is in the US for a life-saving heart operation and she then fosters Sam, one of Haley’s troubled students.
However, unknown to both Brooke and Sam, it was Sam’s boyfriend’s brother, X, who attacked Brooke at Clothes Over Bros. When Sam goes missing, Brooke goes looking for her and discovers more than she bargained for:

And in walked Julian…
A lot of people, including Brooke, were wondering when she would get her Prince Charming. Naturally, he didn’t show up as expected.
Julian (Austin Nichols) was introduced to the show as a producer who wanted to turn Lucas’ book into a movie, but it turns out that he was also Peyton’s ex-boyfriend. Initially seen as a ‘bad guy’, Brooke and him end up falling in love.
Their relationship comes with its fair share of problems, but their love for each other is evident:

What is Sophia up to now?
Nowadays, Sophia is best known for being an activist. She uses her social media platforms to discuss global events.

She also has the podcast, ‘Work In Progress’ which came from her now famous quote:
‘You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress, simultaneously’.
She reportedly has a a new beau, Grant Hughes – a local entrepreneur.
Previously, she was married to her One Tree Hill co-star, Chad Michael Murray. However, the couple got divorced after only five months when it was revealed that he had cheated with Paris Hilton.
Chad isn’t the only co-star Sophia has dated, she dated James Lafferty (Nathan Scott), Austin Nichols (Julian Baker – he actually took the job on One Tree Hill to be with her) as well as her Chicago P.D. co-star Jesse Lee Soffer.
