A person’s music choices say a lot about their personality. We all had our fashion statements when we were growing up, whether it was rocking to the sounds of Green Day in our baggy jeans and eyeliner, or bobbing our heads to Jay Z while trying to look cool in our new trainers. Certain singers really defined an era of music, personalities and fashion, and we had to make sure to be kitted out in the right statement pieces when we attended our favourite artists’ concerts, of course.

Sometimes it might have been a case of being influenced by our music loving friends, or maybe we were daring enough to go it alone and listen to music which wasn’t the mainstream. Or maybe we had overbearing parents who pushed their music tastes on to us and influenced our tastes.
