Gemma Collins has lost weight after hiding calorific treats in the boot of her car

The former Dancing on Ice contestant admits she is feeling “better than ever” after shedding three stone, and puts some of her recent weight loss down to storing fatty cheeses in the back of her Nissan Micra motor.
She said:
‘I’ve lost three stone now and I feel better than ever. But Christmas is the month of temptation and it is a struggle to be good.
‘I bought some beautiful cheeses and I had to put them in my car. At this time of year people say, “Oh I’ll have a mince pie” but by the time you’ve got to Christmas Day, you’ve put on two stone’.
Gemma admitted her car is “literally full of cheese” around the festive period, and she uses the top tip because it helps her to be “more disciplined”.
She said:
‘My car is literally full of cheese but it’s great because it’s helped me be more disciplined.
‘I always try to have everything in moderation now’.

Earlier this year, Gemma admitted she had received weight loss injections, but she has now stopped using them as much and has started doing more exercise in a bid to slim down even further.
She added to The Sun’s Bizarre column:
‘I’ve been using them less and have stopped taking taxis and started walking more.
‘I was doing some stuff for the BBC but rather than getting a car I walked’.
In September, Gemma admitted she wants to lose six stone.
She said:
‘I’d be really happy if I lost six stone as that would bring me down to 12 stone and a size 16…
‘I already lost three stone earlier in the summer but I have put five pounds back on after overindulging on truffle pizza on holiday, which is quite a lot of fat’.
The 38-year-old reality star wants to shed the pounds so she can go under the knife to reduce the size of her breasts.
She said:
‘My boobs are so big and I want to get them reduced in January, but I have to lose three stone before they can operate.
‘My boobs are 38GG now and I think I will go down to a C or a D-Cup. The operation is all booked in.
‘I think when you have big boobs, they can make you look bigger and I would just love never to wear a bra again’.
