Maybe they haven’t met Mr or Mrs Right yet, or maybe they always thought they’d never want to.. How you sail through life can have a big effect on your romantic relationships…

Whether we’re aware of it or not, the steps we take – even the tiny ones – to plan the best life for ourselves really reflect what we want out of our relationships with other people, whether we’re ready to settle down or whether we’re enjoying the single life a little bit too much. Perhaps a person thinks they’re happily single and doesn’t realise that their future plans suggest that they really want a serious family, marriage, kids – the works! Or maybe a person has always accepted they would get married and raise a family but actually their life actions suggest the opposite…

Whether subconsciously or consciously, our actions speak louder than words – and a person can talk in detail about how much they plan for a relationship, but if their life choices are counter-productive then they might end up single even if they want to settle down!
