Fox is married to Tracy Pollan since 1988. He met Tracy on the sets of Family Ties, where she played the role of girlfriend.
Tracy and Fox have four children together. Their son Sam Michael was born in 1989, then twin daughters Schuyler Frances and Aquinnah Kathleen in 1995. Then finally, daughter Esme Annabelle in 2001.
