Who Was Comedy-Creator Trevor Moore?
Trevor Moore, born in 1980, was a famous American comedian, who also made a name for himself writing, directing, acting and producing. He was part of the New York City-based comedy group The Whitest Kids U’Know (WKUK), and fans will know they had their own huge sketch comedy series. The show ran for five successful seasons, and it seemed that Trevor’s career was only going from strength to strength.

Moore also had an online show on YouTube which he hosted during the COVID-19 pandemic, alongside his sketch comedy career. This show – The Trevor Moore Quarantine Show – was designed to keep up spirits during quarantine – something comedian Trevor was particularly skilled at.
Designed to provide comedy at a time when Moore might not have been able to enjoy live stand up gigs or tour with a live audience.
The YouTube show involved sketches with his dog (adorable), as well as appearances from fellow Whitest Kids U’Know members. The show was heartfelt and casual, with general topic discussions and chit chat.

What Happened to Trevor Moore?
It seemed that Trevor Moore had a great comedy career ahead of him, until tragedy struck in August 2021. The New Jersey-born comedian was involved in an accident that resulted in his unexpected passing, leaving his wife, Aimee, behind, as well as their young son.
Moore suffered blunt force head trauma near his home, at the young age of only 41. It’s said that he fell from an upstairs balcony, which resulted in him suffering the head trauma. The head trauma then ended up being fatal. The accident occurred around 2:30 in the morning on August 7th.

At the time of his death, an animated movie – Mars – was in post-production, created by Trevor and his fellow The Whitest Kids U’Know members. The movie is still set to be released in 2022, and hopefully the movie will prove a testament to Moore’s memory.

Carlson is daughter to parents Mary Anne and James Carlson, and originally from Virginia Beach. She was born in 1979 in the US.
Aimee Carlson shares her late-husband’s passion for comedy and TV. Aimee is the senior vice present of Fuzzy Door: a production company established by Family Guy-creator Seth MacFarlane in 1998.

Family Guy itself, as well as American Dad and The Cleveland Show, are all productions from the company Carlson is vice president of, Fuzzy Door.
Aimee also has a bachelor’s degree in the arts, which she gained from Kenyon College: a private school in Ohio.
Carlson’s work includes TV shows such as Cloak & Dagger, Warehouse 13: Grand Designs and The Drug Years. She has appeared as a producer, crew member and also an actress.
Aimee’s career credentials also include her work from February 2017 to January 2020 as Vice President at Marvel Television.

Aimee Carlson and Trevor first met when comedian Moore was 23 years old. The couple were then dating for several years before they decided to tie the knot.
