DIY SOS star Nicholas Simon Augustine Knowles had many girlfriends at different times. And this guy met Jessica Rose back in 2009.
Jessica was 26 years younger than Nick. The couple united in the knot in 2012, after 3 years of dating.
There was not much chaos about how their relationship went and how they were in their marriage life. However, Nick seems to reveal that he is a bit off from the family commitments due to his work.
In 2016, Jessica and Nick got their first baby son- Eddie, who seems to be Nick’s apple of eyes.
Jessica & Nick Split, but are Still Attached!
Though the couple was having a pretty good coupling, it took an end in 2016 with a devastating turn. Jessica.
Rose and Nick got a divorce, and the reason was quite unexposed before the world.
But later, Nick did claim that his TV commitments became doors in his relationships which led to split each in the same track.
According to the Sun, Nick said,
“My relationships have pretty much followed a pattern.
“They last six months and start off with me explaining that I work a lot, so will have commitment issues.
“The women involved agree that that is fine, then after a month I get a phone saying ‘This isn’t on’.
According to Nick, his relationships go in a pattern like after 3 months, they split, then again patch up, after 5 months another fuss and finally at 6th totally off.
So, this seems Nick to indirectly be the reason behind their divorce though it was a mutual ending for good from both.
The same year when Jessica Rose Moor went through cervical cancer diagnosing and treatment, Nick seems to be supporting her to the end.
And people kept the thought of their patching up again through this cancer battle and went in vain.
Jessica won the battle with her cervical cancer, but that year in December, the couple finally separated for good.
Jessica Faced Agony While Nick Enjoyed New Romance after Split
After the split, Jessica and Nick continued to be good friends though Jessica Rose Moor seemed to be in suffering than Nick.
Jessica wrote in her Hello magazine,
“My health has to be a priority this year – I’m anxious about having a relapse so I just want to be close to family in an environment with no stress.
“I haven’t lived in Gloucestershire for 11 years but was born in Cheltenham, and I’ll be within throwing distance of my parents, brother, and sister who all live in the county.”
Also, she threw a joke in her interview that she just recruited her parents as the babysitter of his son Eddie.
On the other side, in 2017, Nick seemed to be in a brief romance with actress Gemma Oaten.
After that in 2018, Nick also seemed to be in a relationship with ‘I am Celebrity’ contestant Rebecca Kearns, who helped him get a divorce with Jessica.
That also ended after 8 months of togetherness as Nick only wanted to focus on his son Eddie Who was only 3 at that time.
The TV Star and SOS host said,
‘I’m not into dating, I’m more concerned about spending time with my son in the countryside.’
Jessica Accused of Emotional Abuse When Nick Refused to Increase the Alimony
After the split, Nick continued with paying £4000 per month. But the rival took place when Jessica (30) demanded £2000 more for his son Eddie and Nick (56) refused.
At that time, Nick was not in any relationship and broke up with her romance with Rebecca
Jessica runs her own consultancy agency, and she revealed there about Nick’s physical and mental violent behavior towards her during her marriage life.
She also added that she and Nick chose a private school for their child Eddie for good schooling as a parent. But at last, Nick seemed to step back with his words.
However, while these claims were made, Nick was in Los Angeles, busy with his film work. And after this accusation, he was badly hurt. At the same, he also denied the claims of his violence against Jessica.
Though Nick refused to increase the alimony, he decided to pay Eddie’s school fees directly.
And an insider spoke out that a generous man like Nick Knowles would never be such violant and the claims are not true.
Jessica Rose Moor & Nick Knowles Are Good Friends Now!
Nick is much concerned about his son Eddie and really enjoys time with him when he gets. And Jessica seems to be keeping a good friendship with Nick, reflecting from her supportive tweet when Nick’s cookbook got released.
Then an insider from the Mirror also revealed,
‘It’s over. Their romance has ended but they have both decided to stay friends. They get on well so there are no hard feelings.
‘It just wasn’t meant to be. Nick isn’t down about it though, he just wants to focus on his little boy and has thrown himself into work.’
Now, Jessica does not seem to be thinking of having a partner, although if the right person shows up. Right now, she loves to spend her quality time with his son Eddie and enjoys that.
Contrarily, Nick, 58 now, does not seem to be in a single life for a long. After posting status as single on valentines day in 2020, now he seems to be dating Katie Dadzie ,31- mother of 2, whom he met at his son’s Eddie (who is 6 now) in children’s playgroup.
