Alex Partakis: Who Is Heidi Range’s Husband?

Alex Partakis hit our radars after he started dating pop queen and ex-Sugababes star Heidi Range, and it seems like they’ve gone on to have a very happy marriage indeed.
Earlier this year, the couple announced that they were expecting their second daughter, delighting their fans.
So what do we know about Heidi’s hubby?

Alex Partakis
The property developer met Heidi Range back in 2014 through her personal trainer, and the pair immediately hit things off.
The couple were snapped looking cosy at numerous swanky restaurants in Notting Hill, London, which brought Alex Partakis to wider fame.
Alex Partakis has an impressive academic background, and has earnt himself a degree in Economics and Management and a masters in Arts.
Building up his experience in property valuation and law, he is now doing very well for himself as he maintains his property empire in London and beyond.

But despite all of the new found attention, the businessman has managed to keep most of his life fairly private. He makes an occasional appearance with Heidi on her Instagram page, and he’s always pictured with a huge smile on his face as he enjoys time with his beau.
Marriage
After 18 months of dating, it was clear that the Sugababes star was keen to settle down with her man.
Speaking to the press, the singer joked:
“My boyfriend is taking me away somewhere. I have no idea where,” and then opened up about a potential proposal, saying: “I try not to think about it – I could be waiting a long time.”
But the property developer came through, and got down on one knee for her birthday while they were on holiday. Good work Alex!
The couple got married in a gorgeous lavish ceremony in Florence, Italy, surrounded by their nearest and dearest. Celebrity pals were also in attendance, including Kate Thornton, Tamzin Outhwaite and Olympic skier Chemmy Alcott.

Dubbed as a “fairy-tale Italian wedding”, the bride and groom treated their guests to a full two days of celebrations, which included a heartfelt tribute to Heidi’s nan, and a huge slap-up meal. Oh, and a pool party too!
Family Life
Shortly after their marriage, Heidi Range and Alex Partakis announced that they were having a baby- and the pair couldn’t have been more delighted.
The Sugababes star gave birth to daughter Aurelia in 2018, describing her as “bundle of joy”.
But tragedy struck when the former Sugababes star then suffered two miscarriages in the space of 18 months.
While the couple were unsure if they’d be able to have more children, things took an unexpected turn earlier this year when Heidi and Alex told their fans that they would be having another baby girl.
Speaking to Hello! Magazine, the ecstatic singer said:
“We’re both over the moon…
When I was pregnant with Aurelia, it was a case of ignorance is bliss – I just assumed everything would be fine and it was. But because I’ve had two losses since her, it was quite a nerve-wracking time until I had the scans.’
I’m one of two girls and my sister Hayley is my best friend. If we can give Aurelia what Hayley and I have, then that’s the best gift in the world… but Alex is slightly concerned about the amount of hormones that are going to be in the house!”.
