Joel Dommett is one hell of guy, which is why we love having him in our lives (or on our favorite reality TV shows). Good looking and funny, as soon as he flashes his wide grin, you can just hear some knees buckling in the distance because he is fine with a capital F.

Let’s start by getting to know Joel Dommett a little better.
Joel Patrick Dommett was born on 8th June 1985 which makes him 36 years old this year!
He was originally from Rockhampton, Gloucestershire, which he attended The Castle School in Thornbury.

Joel’s first attempt at stardom began when he was a teenager. He was part of nu metal band called Psirus who went on to play five shows!
When that didn’t work out, Joel tried his hand in stand-up comedy with his first gig in a bar in Los Angeles. Since then, Joel performed a couple more times in places like The Netherlands and Reykjavik, Gravesend.
In 2008, Joel received the award for Best Newcomer and he was also the finalist for Stand-Up Comedian of the year. I think it’s safe to say he is a pretty funny guy!
Joel Dommett career
In that same year, Joel appeared in his first feature film which was a Second World War drama called The Edge of Love.
He’s also acted in several notable roles such as D.C. Sweeney in E4’s Skins and also appeared in six episodes of the sitcom Popatron by Charlie Brooker.
In 2011, Dommett started hosting Live in Chelsea, which is a discussion-type show revolving the popular reality TV series, Made in Chelsea.

Then, he also went on to take part in a few popular reality TV shows himself such as Reality Bites and I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! To which Joel came second place to the season winner, the one and only Scarlett Moffatt.
Joel also kept busy in between his TV appearances, as he released his book of memoirs titled It’s Not Me It’s Them: Confessions of a hopeless modern romantic.
Just last year, Joel began hosting The Masked Singer UK and viewers love him!

So, who is the lucky lady that is Joel Dommett’s wife?
We first got official news of the hot new couple when Joel posted a picture of them naked in a bathtub which seems to be in some outdoor shack! Well, not entirely naked as their ‘important bits’ were strategically covered with bubbles.

The post was captioned with a cheeky: ‘Bubble trouble’.
Comments from fans started pouring in as the news of Joel Dommett being off the market caused a media frenzy.
Then, from an interview on Loose Women, we learned that Joel and Hannah met on Instagram! More specifically, when she drunkenly slit into his DMs.
Joel shared during the interview:
“She send me a cat emoji with the heart eyes. That is the modern equivalent of the old phrase ‘you had me at hello’, now it’s ‘you had me at cat emoji’.”
Oh, and if you couldn’t tell already, Hannah is a model!
Joel Dommett Wife – Tying the knot
Since the steamy bathtub couple pic, we’ve been getting regular social media updates from the couple and we’re here for it!
In 2017, Joel revealed their engagement with a video of a toilet door lock clicking to ‘engaged’.
When interviewed by Metro.co.uk, Joel revealed:
“Honestly, it’s a really easy decision for me.”
“It was a nothing decision, this is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. Its easy. Nothing feels difficult about talking about the future.”
“Whereas I felt like in the past it felt weird talking about the future, but now it’s like of course we’re going to spend the rest of our lives together.”
Then on September 10th 2019, Joel and Hannah tied the knot in Mykonos, Greece.

Joel and Hannah’s wedding was one to remember. Not only was everything stunningly in place, but the guest list was of A-list quality.
They even got Love Island’s Iain Stirling to officiate the wedding!

Meanwhile, Hannah wowed the whole congregation in an off-shoulder, beautifully detailed boho dress with a slightly see through laced skirt.
After the ceremony, the couple threw a rocking boat party to which we saw a few glimpses from Iain’s social media.
Other famous friends chimed in to comment on the post including Emily Atack who commented:
“Oh my lovely people. What a wonderful sight. Love you both.”

Fast forward a year later, Joel and Hannah are happily married.
Joel shared in an interview:
“It’s worked out all right, really. I’m very lucky.”
“A lot of people call their wives ‘babe’ or ‘chick’. I go for Sexy Sexpot of Sex. But her nickname for me is just Joel. That’s as far as it goes.”
