The 31-year-old online PT is known for outing money- hungry influencers promoting fad diets on social media, and posting daily content to educate and entertain his audience.

Smith is fiercely opposed to any fad diets and products that circle the internet- from ketones to laxative products disguised as ‘weight loss tools’, such as BoomBod.
