    We’ve all been there. Seriously hungover and rapidly googling ‘how to cure a hangover.’ As we try to soothe our pounding head and nauseous stomach, we’ve tried some of the many the techniques we’ve heard over the years.

    But, it turns out that even the ones that we thought were the best option might not be the best for tackling that headache.

    With the Christmas hangovers on their merry way, Laurence Cardwell and Prof. Dr. Kubiena, co-founders of dietary supplement Survivor Life, are dismissing all hangover myths.

    One of the biggest cures we’re told to follow is to chug plenty of water during a big night as we’re told that alcohol dehydrates the body.
