7. Ring Around The Rosie

You remember the old nursery rhyme ‘ring-around-a-rosies a pocket full of posies, a tissue a tissue, we all fall down…’ yadayadayada.

We would chant this over and over again whilst holding hands with our friends and running in a circle, before falling to the ground in a heap of giggles on the line ‘we all fall down’.

Did you know this rhyme dates back to the Black Plague? Sorry for ruining your childhood…
