Why Is Their Show So Popular?

Nik and Eva Speakman house is only a part of their success. Over the past years, they have helped several people overcome their fears.

The couple uses a so-called “schema conditioning psychotherapy”, which helps them “find and tackle the root cause of anxiety disorders”.

Speaking of their techniques, Nik Speakman said:

“We’re really hoping people will look at it and think: ‘I can apply that to my life.’ Even if it’s an entirely different problem, ultimately our therapy is the same…That’s what we want. There’s no need for anyone to suffer. There is absolute hope for everyone.”

    Nik And Eva Speakman House…

In 2012, Nik and Eva Speakman House finally stopped being just a dream. In the summer of that year, members of Pennines Township sub-committee finally approved their application to build a four-storey house. The chosen location was just next to Stubley Old Hall, off Featherstall Road, in Littleborough. In other words, the couple was ready to start their new life in Greater Manchester!

    … A Dream Come True!

The Speakmans originally proposed their plan in 2005, but it was rejected by councillors. This time, they chose a different position in the house and garage.

Residents of neighbouring properties raised their concerns about the impact on the house lane, which provides access to three other properties. To solve the situation, councillors added a condition to the plans, requiring that gates must be open inwards rather than outwards. In the end, Nik and Eva Speakman house was not violating any regulations, and the neighbours happily accepted the couple in the area.

    Life In A Nine-Bedroom House

This wasn’t the first time Nik and Eva Speakmans were playing in the housing market. The celebrities bought the old Grade II listed hall back in 2000 and the associate land. Later, they converted it into a nine-bedroom house.

Surely, we all wish to own a huge, fabulous mansion, far from the worst cities in the UK. However, unless we have as much as Chloe Ferry’ net worth, we need to work hard and sooner or later our dreams will come true!
