When 15 year-old Miley’s seemingly topless Vanity Fair photos were taken, Billy Ray was not happy at all.

With good reason too! She was still an ongoing Disney star and to have that kind of scandal follow the family was probably not fun at all.

But to attribute Billy Ray’s media presence solely to Miley would be a disservice. He’s a famous singer in his own right, having released 12 albums and 44 singles!

He also had a role in Sharknado 2: The Second One in 2014. One reviewer online has described his acting as “the most monotone doctor ever!”. Ouch.
