Caroline Flack was forced to have a one-hour bum massage after she woke up with an “incredibly bad back” which later turned out to be a “wonky pelvis”.
The 39-year-old TV presenter visited an osteopath after waking up with an “incredibly bad back”, and she was then diagnosed with a tilted pelvis and had to have the butt and back treatment to get back to normal.
Speaking on her Instagram stories, she said:
“I woke up this morning with an incredibly bad back. I went to an osteopath really early and they said I have a wonky pelvis, which was quite a revelation for a Tuesday.
“I then went to a physio who massaged my bum cheek for an hour which was really nice.
“And then I had a really lovely masseuse to my house and massage my back.”
The ‘Love Island’ host feared she wouldn’t be fit for work, but some “firm action and bum loving” meant she was totally fine.
She said:
“Thank you to everyone who helped me out today. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to go to work but with some firm action and some bum loving I can. Hurrah.“
Caroline recently took to Instagram to reveal the new ‘Love Island’ series will start filming this week, and admitted she’s “really excited” for the coming few days because she will get to meet the crop of contestants who will be heading out to Majorca to find love in the famous villa.
She said:
“What’s really exciting about this week is that we start filming for ‘Love Island’ 2019.
“And by the end of the week I’m going to have potentially have seen the cast for this year which is really exciting – and mad that’s it’s come around this fast.
“So I’ll let you know what happens. It’s going to be a mad, hot summer and all that.”
