The 66- year- old Taken star told Jonathan Ross that he’s even signed an autograph with Fiennes’ name (I suppose if you can get away with forging anyone’s signature, it’s your best mate’s!) He did it with good reason, though…

He passed an elderly lady who stopped him to tell Neeson about her husband who was visiting the beaches of Normandy to honour his comrades who died.
“I was about to move away and the lady said, ‘Would you mind signing this?’ So I get this and as I’m just about to write my name she says, ‘We love The English Patient.’
“So, I just wrote, with love, Ralph Fiennes.”
