2. Fun Bobby (Vincent Ventresca) – THEN

Fun Bobby featured as Monica’s on-off boyfriend in the early seasons. He first showed up as Monica’s date to her New Year’s party, and surprised all with his failure to live up to his happy-go-lucky nickname. Turns out that the poor guy’s grandfather had died, and he was too late to catch a plane.

He did reappear in season two – this time with a serious drinking problem. After helping him sober up, Monica soon discovered that the new Bobby was not nearly as exciting. Chandler even changed Bobby’s nickname to ‘Ridiculously Dull Bobby’. After Monica took up drinking herself to cope with Bobby’s dull nature, he dumped her, stating that he was “not capable of being in a co-dependent relationship right now.”

Well, so much for that! But whatever happened to Vincent Ventresca? He continued acting – that’s for sure. In fact, he’s been in a lot of TV series and movies. Some include The Invisible Man, Prey, The Fosters and Wicked City…
