Weighing in at around 800 lbs, Joe admitted:

But after losing 500 lbs, Wexler has now announced he would be getting skin removal surgery; two years on, he’s happily married and recently celebrated his two-year wedding anniversary with Sarah.
Oh, Joe now works in the IT sector now with even bigger ambitions for the future!
”My mother lives in Tennessee and was unable to move to Iowa where I have to leave because my significant other has a daughter and cannot move because she is in school and it has a custody agreement with the other half…If I could have my mother with me I would in a heartbeat but she has her own life.”
