9. Michael Underwood (Presenter)
Michael Underwood started his CBBC career straight out of university when he was lucky enough to win a six-week presenting contract with the network. Before landing the role, he had applied to star on Blue Peter, but was knocked back after making it to the final four.

As mentioned previously, Michael Underwood went on to marry Angellica Bell on Christmas Eve, 2010 and the couple now have two children together.
Outside of his personal life, Michael continued to work as a television presenter after leaving CBBC and he even competed in the 2008 series of Dancing On Ice – until he pulled out after suffering from a broken ankle.
