If you haven’t figured it out yet, working at Disney World isn’t as easy as standing around and looking good -the staff have to know everything!

If a guest asks a question, ”I don’t know” is never an acceptable answer. In the worst case scenarios, staff are allowed to ask their manager for help but it’s never recommended.
