The main creator of the show – Scott Dunlop- was accused by his co-producers of taking full credit for the show, when they actually helped to create it.

Moses and Kaufman claim to have been excluded from the profits of the show, after it really took off.

Dunlop went to the show’s network, Bravo, to remove the others from the production team, wanting to go solo. Brave move!
1, 2, 3, shot…
Not standing for it, they reputed the claim in the Supreme Court of NYC in 2014- claiming $5M in damages. Ouch!
