The trial ended shortly before Kris gave birth to daughter Kendall, so in memory of one of her closest friends Kendall was named Kendall Nicole Jenner.

Kendall’s younger sister Kylie gave her the opportunity to talk about it on her snapchat.
“Kendall, what’s your middle name and who are you named after?” Kylie asked.
Kendall replied:
“My middle name is after Nicole Brown Simpson ’cause that was my mom’s best friend…”
