Many celebrities and pop stars have passed away far too soon. This is often due to an escalation of intensity in their hedonistic and high-risk lifestyles culminating in an early death. So many of our favourite artists have followed this path, their star shining so brightly before burning out. Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain and Janis Joplin are high profile examples of this and there are sadly many more.
